Our story
Built out of frustration with how software usually gets delivered.
Most businesses have the same experience: a long quote, months of silence, and something at the end that doesn't quite fit. Meanwhile the team carries on with spreadsheets because the new system is harder than the old problem.
We started QuicSort to work the other way round. Short cycles, real conversations with the people who do the work, and something usable in front of you early enough to change your mind about it.
Today we work across logistics, retail, wellness and professional services, building everything from public websites to the internal systems that run the whole operation.

If we can't explain what we're building and why it matters to your business, we don't understand it well enough yet.
Scope agreed before we start
You get a written scope and a price. If something changes mid project, we talk about it before any work happens, not on the invoice.
Performance is not optional
Every build has a speed budget. A beautiful site that takes four seconds to load is a broken site.

Discovery
We learn how your business actually runs, where the money leaks and what success would look like in numbers. Nothing gets designed before that is clear.
Design
You see the screens before anyone writes code, covering layout, wording and flow, reviewed together until it is right. Changes are cheap at this stage and expensive later.
Build
We build in short cycles with something working to look at each week, so you are never waiting months to find out what you are getting.
Launch
Tested on real devices, checked for speed and search visibility, then released with tracking in place so you can see it working from day one.
Support
Updates, monitoring, fixes and improvements after launch, with one known contact rather than a scramble when something breaks.
